hi guys it’s me again, i was about to celebrate my 10 kg loss (81 kg to 71 kg) but then at 73 kilos i gained 2 kilos and went back at 75.
Bummer.
I got back on track and now i’m at 72.5! However, i’ve been 72.5 for a whole week now, which to me is unreal since i mostly lose 200 grams every 2 days. Is it a fricking plateau? I’m not on my period so it’s not a hormonal issue, but i’ve been sleeping erratically lately. Could that be the problem?
Some more info: i’m on CICO, i don’t exercise at all due to asthma F 18 164 cm x 72 kg START WEIGHT: 81 kg GOAL: 62 kilos by july fingers crossed
