Lost 42 pounds in 3 months, and now I'm plateauing. Help?

A bit of context; I was a baseball player for nearly half of my life, and then I stopped entirely due to light injuries and my own will to focus on studies. Before I stopped I was 6'0 180 pounds which is ideal for a pitcher. After I stopped, I gained 70 pounds-ish in 4 years (yikes). So I told myself enough is enough, and disciplined myself as an athlete I used to be. 3 months in, I managed to cut 42 pounds.

So umm.. about weight loss plateaus right; I knew that I would somehow face it, but I never knew what to do. Now I'm stuck for 2 weeks at 197 pounds for the past two weeks. I doubled my cardio, no luck. So.. help?
