I'm 32yo F, 5'2, 180lb. My goal weight is 135lb. I've done intermittent fasting (14:8), daily exercise (30 mins), eating 1200 calories and in 3 weeks I lost 3 pounds. I was so mentally and physically drained and disappointed that I gave up. My doctor suggested I try that app Noom but I don't know how I feel about paying for it. My body image is pretty poor and I hate feeling this weight, it makes me emotional often. The problem with me and exercising is that I absolutely hate feeling my body jiggle and move. It's discouraging. I throw my hands up constantly when I try to figure out what to do.
