Inconsistent Progress on scale causing anxiety and feelings of futility. People who have lost 100+ pounds I would appreciate any advice.

My stats:

M/21/ 5’10”

SW: 131kg/ 288.8 lbs

CW: 126.7kg/279.3 lbs

Started: 15th march ‘21

Okay so i started off with finding out my TDEE for CICO and cut down to 1700 to 1800 calories along with 16:8 IF and gym in evening with daily 20 min cardio and weights 4-6 days a week, 1.5 hour sessions.

First two weeks went down from 131kg to 128kg then somehow my progress on scale stalled and weight remained fluctuating between 128 and 130kg.

Figured i was eating way too less, below my BMR and bumped up calories intake from 1700 to 2550 and started seeing progress and went down very quickly from 128 to 126kg. This was week 4. Now I’m in my week 5 and again i am seeing no progress on the scale and seem to be stuck, fluctuating between 126-128kg.

I have run into a dead here and I don’t know what to do or what is it that I’m doing wrong. Should i remain patient and stick to the routine or am i doing something wrong?

I would appreciate any advice from anyone who has lost a lot of weight.
