I keep losing my progress when during PMS

I just need somewhere to vent since Im feeling pretty upset. I was feeling so good last week after finally getting to 127 from 169 pounds since I started June 2020. Noticing how my face was sharper and how I looked younger. Now Im at 133 again and my face looks bloated again and on top of that I dyed my hair dark gray that turned out almost black and I fucking hate it bc it makes me look older and faded. I cant control myself enough and using my pms as an excuse. This always happens every single month! Its frustrating af, Ive been in the 130s since November on and off.I lost the first 15 lbs through water fasting and since I switched to cico its been so much harder to lose weight. Im currently aiming for at least 119 by first week of May since Im moving to a different city after going back home all 2020. But arghhhh!!
