Hello everyone, as the title suggests i am a bit confused here as every other youtuber tells to have calorie intake according to your bmr means if my bmr is 1800 calories, i must have 1800 calories. So i have been eating slightly less than that, around 1400 calories. Is it healthy? Will i not gain back my weight once i stop? What effect does it have on my health/organs/body parts?

I have lost around 17 lbs in a span of 1.5 months. My maintenance calories was 2700 calories according to my workout intensity and my BMR was 1850 calories. I used to ate 1400 calories a day, less than my bmr.
Now, my bmr is 1800 calories and i have decided to increase my diet to 1500 calories. Any guidance would be appreciated.
