Just a random post where I just get some stuff off my chest.
A little about me- I'm 19F, 5'4" and I'm about 131lbs. I used to be 165lbs. I decided to start lifting weights/ strength training in November and stop focusing so much on cardio so that I can build some muscles, especially in my legs.
I've been eating about 2000 calories each day in order to maintain my weight (although it looks like I've been in a slight surplus since I've been sitting at 133-134 for weeks.
Today I had a normal breakfast, a snack later in the day, then I had some Mexican food and finished my entire plate. I then had a slice of tres leches, then I went and had 2 pieces of Costco cheese danish cause I was really craving them.
I don't feel hungry nor full. I don't feel as guilty as I usually do. I know I overate by a lot of calories today, but I feel empty. Not even in a negative way. I just simply feel empty. I don't feel guilt. I feel nothing.
Like I said, I just wanted to get this off my chest. I know this probably doesn't make any sense.
