How do you get your motivation back?

I lost almost 10 lbs so far, but after slacking for a few days, I feel like I've lost a lot of my motivation to keep going. Previously, I used to watch videos kpop idols or Youtubers I liked to reignite my motivation ("I want to have legs like hers!"), but lately those aren't doing it for me anymore. I haven't been counting like I should be, and when I stumble it doesn't bother me the healthy amount I feel it should.

Has anyone else fallen into a motivation rut like this? How did you encourage yourself to get back on the horse?

I've heard that it's more about habits and discipline than motivation, but (ahem) given I don't have good habits (yet!), how can I motivate myself to the point where I can establish them? Or is it really just a matter of powering through?
