Hi there! Just curious about your experience. I'm about 25 pounds / 11 kg's off of a solid healthy weight so I'm not too overweight. But I always have been dealing with my flat feet / collapsed ankles. So I'm wearing orthotics when I can. Then it is fine, still pronation but not too much and they don't collapse too far then.
A problem I always had is that my legs get tired super quickly even when just standing or doing easy tasks. Probably because my feet are so inefficient. I do go to the gym and walk some every day but still, idk.
Anyone that recognizes this? And perhaps u lost weight to a healthy goal and saw changed even losing 10-20lbs? I mean 50-80 lbs the differences would be bigger so I cant find info on the smaller losses and actual people telling their benefits
Super hard to find shoes that are possible to wear without orthotics as well, rip the eternal stroggle of trying on shoes with - and without them
