I'm a 5'7 male, age 24, and I weigh 177 lbs as of now. Highest was 194, and in the process to getting to the mid 140s.

Was fat for a good portion of my life, from mid high school?
What's the possibility of me getting loose skin if I build muscle, stay hydrated, and lose 1 lb per week.
Does anyone of similar height / weight have a similar experience?
And ofc I know, loose skin > overweight.
Won't give up either way. But I want to know, so I can mentally prepare.
