I hope you're having a fabulous Sunday!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & report here even if I don’t like it: 238.2 lbs this morning, X lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1800): Under goal today. 3/4 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 60 minutes of pick up baseball stuff & YWTL stretches. 4/4 days.
Self-care alone time & ten deep breath cycles a day: Just did breathing exercise. Alone time is approaching!
Try a new recipe once a week: Not sure what I’ll be doing here yet but it’s about salad season, so I sense new dressings coming up. X/4 weeks.
Write 1500 words a day 6 days a week: Took my day off for this week.
Do a mindfulness exercise and express gratitude: Mindfulness wise, I did spend a minute on my back in the grass watching clouds, so, that has to count right? I'm grateful for my family of choice. I got some much needed recharge time today after being triggered pretty hard.
