Hi 😅 long story short, over just a few years I went from under 100lbs due to an eating disorder and am now at or possibly a pound or two over 200. Aside from not liking how I look or feel, my recent blood work was alarming and I want to be healthy for my daughter.
That being said, I'm a single mom in nursing school who's on a medication currently that makes me EXTREMELY sore and tired so I can't commit to a ton of rigid workout routines. Respectfully, I'm not really looking for ADVICE -I know what my plan is. But rather am looking for someone with relatively similar stats to just talk to and maybe share weekly weigh ins with.
