I'm about 15KG from my goal weight after gaining heaps of it during Covid and my last relationship. And holy cow, so much of my weight is gained in my face/neck. I went from having decent bone structure and small cheeks to having an extremely round face and puffy cheeks, as well as a double chin. You'd think with only 15KG it wouldn't manifest so much there and it'd be more spread around my body, but apparently not...thanks genes (my mum has the same issue). Anyone else here prone to this? Wanna share their experience and help build each other up? As well as my face, the rest is in my belly. Not my legs, not my arms. It creates a very not-good on me look, haha
