Where do I find the 'rules' of OMAD?

Where is the official OMAD 'rulebook'? What do you do and what do you not do?

Do you still try to stay in caloric deficit but instead of spreading out 1800kcal throughout the day, you eat it all in one sitting, or do calories stop mattering and you can have 2500kcal as long as it is one meal a day? One meal a day, being one meal every 24 hrs?

I've been trying to lose weight and also started college and I find it really hard to focus on task at hand when I only had 300-500kcal for lunch. I feel like I need that big amount of my food in stomach that will satiate me and completely erase my hunger pains and any food thoughts for the future 4 hours so I can focus solely on my studies and after I'm done with it, it will be a lot easier to play games hungry than studying for an exam.

Any links or guidelines or personal experience are appreciated. Thank you
