18F 5’2 156lbs. I want to lose around 40 pounds of fat, but I’m terrified of having loose skin, how do I avoid it? Everything I read says to go slowly, good diet, hydration, and exercise. First of all is that true and how do I go about any of that? I’m sorry I just have done so much research and there’s so many conflicting answers on how to reach my goal, like apparently cardio isn’t as good as I thought!? My goals are to lose weight and get fit, but I’m already insecure as it is so dealing with loose skin is going to heavily impact my mental health. I also heard that it will just tighten up over time, Is that true?
