So, all my life my fat has been stored mainly in my belly (I'm a woman). I think that's not normal. I have thin legs, arms, neck, but my fat is all stored on my abdomen and lower back. Honestly it depresses me because I've never had a feminine body. Even when I've been underweight because of excess work, belly fat remains. Why does this happen? What hormones could be bad on my body? Doing low carb has been beneficial for my acne, so I suppose my hormones are not well balanced (I've abused sugar all my life), but even when I have a healthy diet and I'm on my right weight, this stupid fat is stored on my belly, always. Could it be due to high cortisol? I'm always anxious.
