Starting loseit all over again...

No victory here... just getting this off my chest and restarting today all my progress.

I (now 28M, 6’1”) started finally taking my weight seriously in 2016 when at 240lb at age, with a major push 2017-2018 when I was finishing grad school and I got down to 175lb. I felt so happy and healthy and loved the way I looked. Maintained through 2019, still felt great. Then...late 2019 and all of the pandemic hit, I stopped calorie counting, thinking about weight, and was quarantined at home with my partner and roommates, constantly cooking and drinking way more than normal.

Now I’m at 228 and I feel horrible. MFP graph here. What broke it today is that I’m back physically at work full time and need to dress up again, and I’ve gone through all my suits and I’m not even close to fitting in all 9 of the suits I used to wear. Even my 10th bugger “pandemic suit” I bought a few months back is really tight...

So yeah, it’s time to start all over. It’s going to suck but silver lining is at least this time I know I can do it.

Edit: feel free to share any successes in this situation or commiserate with me
