Sorry for posting again lol

H: 5’4 SW: 202lbs CW: 198lbs GW: 150lbs Ok so I calculated by body fat percentage last night by measuring all parts of my body that it said too. And then entered it into the body fat calculator and for 28%. So I re did my TDEE w my body fat percentage and got 2,120. A 500 deficit would be 1,620 but I’ve been just doing 1,600. Does this sound like a good deficit? I’ve been doing calorie deficit for 2 weeks now but have been up and down w numbers. I started off at 1900 but realized that was way too high bc I didn’t realize my exercise level counts as sedentary. Then went down to 1,500. Was doing well only had 2 days where I was over. But I decided to calculate my body fat percentage just bc. Sorry for rambling lol.
