Regained all weight

Hi, everyone. I’m feeling extremely discouraged. I’m a 5’6 female weighing in at 155 lbs currently. In February, I started at 156 pounds, and managed to drop to 144 at the beginning of April, when I spiraled into a 3 day binge. I gained all the weight back, and am extremely disappointed in myself. It feels like I can’t stick with a deficit (I’ve been eating at a 1,000 calorie limit with daily walking). I’ve struggled with constant binge eating, and having a ravenous appetite. I really want to lose at least 15 pounds by the end of this month, but that seems impossible considering my habits. Does anyone have tips on how to stay on a deficit without cheating, and how to stay satiated? I feel like food’s the only thing on my mind all day, and it’s driving me insane. What people consider to be “healthy foods” just aren’t filling for me (ie. salads, fruits, veggies). I feel like such a failure and a lost cause.
