post ED weight loss and advice

i’ve been losing weight like a yoyo since high school. i (23M) lost 50 lbs in like 3 months when i was 18 in a really unhealthy way and have progressively gained it all back to be roughly 205 lbs and 5’5. I don’t want to be “skinny”, but i am thinking about getting help from a weight loss clinic and a personal trainer as well as being a pretty avid meal prepper and gym member. i’ve been told that by eating two meals a day i’m actually making my body retain all of it as fat. does anyone have any advice or tips when i start this journey? i don’t want any of that “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” bullshit. i want to form good habits, not torture myself, and like the way i look.
