I recently started on my weight-loss journey. I guess I just need help, I've slowly started with CICO but lately it's almost become a hassle / hard to do. I have a 1 1/2 year old and my husband in the house, I also struggle with depression, anger and anxiety on top of it. The things I do buy that are healthier, less carbs over all better for you, my son and husband don't or won't eat it. I feel like I'm stuck at a stand still almost. I do workout but with the size I am right now it's difficult for a long period of time. Is there something you guys suggest I do? Over all I would like the whole house to eat better, I feel like I need suggestions on better and healthier meals that don't feel like it's on repeat every week. I'm sorry my post is all over the place, sort of similar to my head space I guess.
