Hi! I'm (31F) looking for accountability partner(s) to encourage each other to reach our goals. I'm 5'3", small framed cw fluctuates between 125-130 lbs. I could care less about the weight. My focus is on the composition of my body. Last time I got dexa scan done, my body fat % was somewhere around 32% and I've been told by my doctor that I'm borderline prediabetic. I've been trying to eat better and be more active and work out for sometime but I just can't seem to stick with it for more than a month. Then I get discouraged and go back to my old ways. I also have unhealthy relationship with food. I'm an emotional eater. I tend to binge eat when life chucks a lemon at me. I want to break away from this unhealthy habit and feel strong and good in my own body. Anyone here on the similar journey that needs an accountability partner to achieve our goals together?
