So far i have lost 47 pounds and I'm down to 200 but I've reached a plateau....again.
Before the holidays I was losing weight quickly and really motivated and on track with excerize and counting calories but I think the holidays ruined it.
I ate A LOT and wiped it away with the holiday excuse but I never really got back into the groove i was in but every few days i get back into the cycle but loose it.
I was stuck at 210 for a WHILE and eventually I just got back in but now I feel stuck again but hopefully tomorrow will be the day my groove starts again.
I just felt like I NEEDED to share to help so of you have any tips please share them, other than that thanks for reading:)
