Jump rope tips

I started to jump rope about 5 days ago and so far so good! I do anywhere between 5-10 minute intervals for a total of 20 minutes jumping time which has really helped me work up a sweat (I’ve also lost a half a pound in those five days so I feel good)! I’ve never really used jump rope for exercise though so I have a few questions for jump roping experts :)

I typically I jump rope by alternating feet between jumps instead of jumping on two feet (because I have a bigger chest and the two footed jumping feels not great lmao) is this still ok?? On a related note, are there any ways of jump roping that are easier on my boobs but don’t compromise in calories burned?

Are there any fun techniques or moves I should try as a beginner? I typically watch tv while I jump because it keeps me distracted so I don’t usually watch videos or anything, but I’m willing to try!

Thanks in advance folks. Any tips or advice is helpful :)
