I've lost weight in the past but I'm starting to think I have developed a binge eating disorder

A few years ago I was able to lose 60 lbs through intuitive eating and IF. I never got to my exact goal weight but I was happy with how I looked and felt.

Then lockdown happened, I am extremely stressed due to a lot of resulting personal issues, and my way of dealing with that has been to binge to the point of self-harm.

I'm ashamed to admit that I have an unhealthy relationship with food because I'm afraid I'll be judged for not having more self-control. To be honest, I feel incredibly vulnerable just posting to this subreddit.

I'd like to reestablish a healthier way of treating my body. Has anyone else here struggled with this?
