In the beginning of 2019 I was about 230 pounds and august I had gone down to 190 pounds and stayed hovering around there for a while. I've gone back up to 205 and then I lose 10 pounds, then I gain them back again. This has been happening for around 4 months now and I need some help on how to keep my weight down.
I am a 24 year old man and 6 foot i dont know if that matters but I saw someone listening their stuff in a different post.
I work out for about 1 hour and a half everyday mostly cardio and some weights. I dont snack late at night, its just during the daytime that I eat and recently havent been able to stop it
