I want my step dad to eat healthier, but he doesn’t want to, what do I do?

My mom had a boyfriend, and they were together for a really long time, I’ve known him since I was 6. They broke up around 2 years ago, and I was really sad. They had 2 kids together and I love them so much! I feel like they’re going down a bad path though, just like their dad. He has a good job and stuff, but he eats really badly, and I’m talking like McDonald’s every single week, and every time he goes there he gets 4 burgers and a large coke. I’m really worried that he’s gonna have a heart attack, and possibly die. Every time I go over to his house I see junk food everywhere, and I try and tell him to eat healthier, and he insists he is, but it’s clear that he’s not. I understand that it’s not easy to eat healthy when your addicted to junk food, I’m struggling with it myself. I’ve encouraged him to get a nutritionist, but he doesn’t want help. I know it’s really none of my business, but I’m terrified that something bad will happen. It’s not just him either, it’s my brother and sister. They don’t eat good either, and I don’t want them to become obese. Again, I ate really badly, and I was insecure about my weight for years, and still am. I love my step dad, and my siblings, and I don’t want to see anything bad happen to them. The problem is that my step dad doesn’t see a problem with it, and that really scares me. Any advice?
