Nothing required. No self promoting. I am rarely on my phone so apps like myfitnesspal do not work well for me as I simply don't log my activity. However, I do work a desk job and use Excel daily. I figured I could quickly make a nutrition tracker that I could use. I can easily copy and paste meals or foods, I can convert grams to ounces and vice versa, the settings tab allows you to set your weight and the g/lb of your desired macros. The summary page will show you how many of your calories/macros have been consumed based on the day chosen, and how many are remaining. Additionally, you can log your weight to see it on a progress chart.
Its not perfect, but I find it extremely useful.
The cells that are highlighted in yellow are the ones that can be changed, except the food entries tab, everything in that tab is manually entered.
