How to do a liquid diet? Where to start my research?

I know this is such a vague question since everyone’s body is idiosyncratic. I've already posted in "juicing" and havent had any luck.

Without getting TOO personal, it’s really hard for me to eat solid foods. It takes me an abnormal amount of time to eat. I’m an extremely slow eater and not by choice. It literally gets in the way of my day to day life.

I’ve lost 40 lbs in the past year via moderate diet and exercise. I would like to continue this steady progress and explore liquid for reasons listed above.

I would definitely be consulting my doctor before going through with anything like a liquid diet.

The thing is: I know how to lose weight. It’s been relatively seamless. My portions are measured, I know what carbs to eat, how much fiber, etc.

I definitely can’t put my meals in a blender and drink it. That would be so gross.

How do people even do this?
