I started mid february, SW 229 pounds, CW: 209-210. Lost 20 pounds so far through counting calories and intermettent fasting. I crave sugar A LOT, so normal diets never worked for me. Counting calories did.
I am still not seeing any noticeable change lol, but I guess I am big and will wait for that to happen eventually. Now my question is how to have fun excercises at home? Every work out I find is boring and gets me pretty tired VERY QUICKLY (remember I am quite big). I try to walk 1-2 times a week but with Covid restrictions it is nearly impossible now.
I would LOVE to go to the gym, grind for an hour or two but all gyms are now closed due to Covid, I have no idea what to do. I have tried to buy an excercise bike (love that one). Or even a treadmill but even used ones are expensive. So any suggestions?
I know I have been doing somewhat good so far but sometimes the cravings hit me HARD, yesterday I ate enough to maintain weight or even gain some. It got me all depressed, I know if I could just get to the gym I would have been able to eat that meal guilt free :( The gym is literally 5 minutes away from me.
