I'm about 135 right now (5'1" girl, 21 years old). Goal weight is around 123. The lowest I've gotten is 128, but I keep gaining and losing, moving back and forth between 130 and 135. I did my best when i was in a fitness challenge at my gym. If we are sugar we lost points, and we earned points by going to the gym. And everyone was split into teams of 2 for extra accountability. The challenge lasted a month during January, and me and my partner won. I got a little money out of it. Now I'm back up to 135, and I'm looking for something to keep me accountable so I can get to 123. I haven't had luck with an accountability partner, it's just not as motivating to me as it seems. Any advice appreciated!!
