Age 26 F Height 5’7” Sw 175 Cw 171 Gw 125
Hello. I am a 26 year old female. My start weight was 175 I currently weigh 171 I have been at 171 for a month now. I am trying to get to about 125-130. I work out 5 days a week for an hour to an hour and a half doing body weights and cardio other than that I work a desk job but try to make sure I am walking and moving at least once an hour. I have been eating 2 meals a day from hellofresh and the calories range between 1200-1800 a day. I drink 64 oz of water and very little soda. I have been doing this for about 10 weeks now with little results. I have not lost any weight in a month but have lost 3 inches since starting. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
