Going to Lose 80 Pounds in a year

22m, 6'1". I used to hover around 230 pounds, but got fatter this past year due to depression and quarantine so now I'm around 260. My break room is upstairs and while walking up there the past few days I get out of breath rediculously fast. Ive been edging myself on to finally sit down and take this seriously and I finally decided it was time. I'm trying to make it a goal to get down to 180 by next April-ish. I hate feeling tired all the time with labored breathing.

I'm going to try and eat more healthy, greens and lean meats and cut back on junk food. In addition I'm going to start running around once a day, maybe start with weight lifting when gyms reopen.

Felt like I needed to get this down so I can actually dedicate myself to it. Fingers crossed I stick to it.
