for the past few years I've wanted to lose some weight and tone up, I have a very hard time mentally sticking to my diet, the moment something happens whether it's good or bad more so bad I feel the need to eat unhealthy food, in that moment and time I cannot control my thoughts nor convince myself why eating bad is something I shouldn't do and that I'll regret later, the moment I eat bad I instantly feel more mad at myself after. I am emotion based and I have a hard time sticking to my diet. I'm stuck with finding ways to overcome this and finally put my foot down and push forward to accomplish my goals.
