hi im sorry if im doing this wrong as its my first reddit post but i was hoping someone might be able to give me some advice on how to lose weight. i’m currently 19, 5’4, and 217 pounds. i’ve been overweight my entire life and it has drastically affected my self esteem. i’ve been on and off diets for as long as i can remember and ive gone through periods where ive tried running everyday or just exercising in general but the lowest ive been able to get in years has only been 210. i also have pcos which has made losing weight slightly harder and i have no access to any gym equipment. i’m really willing to try anything at this point, i just want to feel comfortable in my body for once. my goal weight is 125, but realistically getting to at least 170 would be amazing. currently i eat 1300 calories a day and don’t eat dairy, gluten, or sugar. im not sure if i need to give any more info but im happy to answer anything else. i appreciate any help you can give me.
