I am currently at a skinny fat phase, I have been at for the past year and it's gotten worse with the pandemic and closing of the gyms. I'm 19, 5"11, 150lbs, I'd like to know whether I should clean bulk or just eat at maintenance (i keep seeing about how this could help lean out a bit).
My workout routine would be 4 days a week and consist of two days bodyweight/light dumbell exercises and then two days sprinting HIIT.
Any advice is really appreciated, I've been struggling to find a straight forward answer for a while even if the answer will take me some time to get rid of the skinny-fat physique.
