Calorie deficit - help

Hello! I am a female who is 159cm (about 5”2) and 90kgs (about 198lbs). I am very overweight I know. And I am very ashamed. I was diagnosed with eating disorders a few years ago, however it was the other way around then, because I was almost underweight then and refusing to eat. But due to birth control, antidepressants, anti anxiety medications and binge eating I have gained a looot of weight as you can tell.

My mental health has now started to stabilize and I want it off now. I am wondering how much of an calorie deficit I should go for? I am not an active person because I am a full time university student, studying from home. So I spend pretty much all day reading books or on the computer. Is 1900 calories too much? 1500? 1000?

Please help me. My plan is to also combine it with walks. Realistically I know I won’t be able to to daily walks but I am I’ll do a few times a week. But I’d rather cut down a bit more calories. I have a medical condition which makes it hard for me to exercise. Walks are okay, but I won’t be able to run/jog. Going to the gym is not an option bc anxiety.
