body dysmorphia & loose skin - help?

hi. i'm 17f 228lbs (highest weight was 246, very briefly) when i was about 13 i went from 211lbs to 180. i really loved the way i looked, and i'd like to get back to that, although of course i won't look the same in my adult body, i know. i lost that weight due to an eating disorder. took probably around 5 months. since then, i've steadily gained till i hit my highest point, 246 during a depressive episode. before that(i was only 246 for about a month), i maintained at 225-235lbs. now i'm maintaining at around 228. i'd like to get down to around 180 like i said, i'm 5'4 so i know it's not "healthy" but i don't really care about bmi or anything. mostly just want to be able to be active and have smaller chest. i'm very, very terrified of loose skin - i know it will kickstart my body dysmorphia and eating disorder if i have any. terrified to the point where it's actually the main reason i don't restrict like others with ED's do. i would rather stay this weight than have any.

i would just like to hear other people's experience. am i likely to get loose skin this young if i lose that much weight? if this post isn't allowed feel free to take it down.
