Hi guys
Last year I did intermitten fasting and calorie counting for 5 month and I had amazing results. Now a year later I've gained a lot of weight due to being in hospital and other stressful factors. Now where I feel myself again I would love to start again. My goal is to get the same results to my birthday - as a gift to myself. My birthday is in 6 month - so I have a month more to work with.
Here are 4 things I noticed last time I got in shape:
- One bad week - doesn't mean much in the bigger picture of 5 month
- It's not always because you're not trying enough, somtimes you're trying to hard and that can ruin the process
- Keeping a log - where you write down how you felt every week helps with motivation and also to know what went good/bad
- Keeping a weight log (everyday) helped me to stay motivated (when looking back)
