Hi, guys, I really need a little light of hope hear. I am older than almost all posters in the group, almost 44, not very short with wide shoulders and 102 kg of weight. It is hard. The age, the weight (that is not high enough to have quick 4-5 kg loss at the beginning to motivate). Adding here severe hormone problems...:( I am on a budget, (1700 kCal daily average), I walk this week 25000 per day (not a mistake, transport lockdown from Monday and kids), drink 2,5 L of water. And - nothing!!! Plus 1 kg actually during this week, and only 0,5 kg minus a week before. I am desperate! How you guys do it???
