Hello! So far this community has helped me so much in my journey and it has been great! My stats are:
F, 5'4, 22, SW: 139, CW: 119, GW: 115 ish?
I started my journey at about 139 just about a year ago, and have maintained 119 for about 6 months now. I'm happy with how I look and feel so I haven't been worried about losing more, but I now think I would like to reach a slightly lower maintenance weight.
I lost the weight mostly by quitting some habits. I used to eat until I was so full that I was uncomfortable, now I stop eating when I'm no longer hungry. I also try to get in a few walks a day, but I don't exercise much, mostly because I currently have an injury that prevents me from doing so.
Does anyone have any tips on how to lose the last few pounds? How did you do it? Thank you in advance!
