Third week into this life changing journey. This one has been the hardest one, since having several holidays these days including easter.
For this week I tried to start meal planning, it went ok but no great. I got groceries but had to improvise cause some days I wasn't in the mood for what I had planned. So for next week i'm trying to improve that, considering different options and looking for new recipes in order to motivate myself better.
I continue to use MyFitnessPal to log all my food and finally I got to weigth myself this week, after getting new batteries for my scale. Currently i'm at 102,9 kg (227 lbs), i'll consider this my "start" weigth. I'm happy with my results so far. Maybe it's all in my mind but I look better in the mirror, guess that ay least some bloating has gone.
This week i'll also try to start building a routine with working out.
