[18m, 220lbs, 5'10] why did I gain 4-5lbs after two days of eating less healthy? It seems like far more than I ate.

Easter and today I got a bit more off track.

All in all if I had to guess at the high end I might have eating 3000-4000 calories extra (past my diet) over two days. I KNOW that's bad, and that it'll mean maybe a pound or so gained. Still, it seems crazy to me that it would jump 4-5lbs.

Especially given that I exercised fairly hard on Easter. Can somebody help me understand why I'd see such a big jump, from 214-216 consistently, to a little over 220? I worked really hard to get down here, all the way from 282 to 214. It feels extremely disheartening if I can go back to 220 in only two days.

I'd like to think I can let go on a holiday from time to time :(
