I’m a 5’8 male at 150 lbs. Oddly enough, I hit my lifelong goal weight this morning! I’ve always dreamed about being this much in shape and feel good.
Anyways
Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and then Christmas Day follows. I’ve never gone a year without binging on these two days but this year I’m worried about it. I’m not worried about not being able to get back on the diet. I’ve got enough discipline to where that won’t be a problem. And I do expect the scale to go back up to 156 or something but I’m assuming that will all be water weight that will go away eventually.
So should I be able to enjoy myself these text two days without the worry of fat gain? Or should I toughen up and just power through while the rest of my family stuffs themselves
