Started at 330lbs been losing one pound a week steadily now sitting at 327lbs. Down to a couple of bad days a week at most.
Still having some bad days but for the most part I can stop myself from making bad choices in certain situations. Something I’ve found helpful is to write down what happens when I stuff my face this way when I encounter a scenario that’s too dangerous I have a plan on how to stop myself.
I figure that once I lose enough weight I can get an exercise bike to use, that should be around 250-260lbs.
I’m currently 6’2” and weigh 327 lbs but started at 330lbs. My goal is to get to be around 180-190lbs. I do plenty of walking already about 120 mins a day this should help me lose weight. I don’t track my calories but for the moment while I’m losing there is no need but I might start if I ever stop losing.
