I hope you all are having a wonderful Tuesday!
Weight: Not this morning.
Stay within calorie range (maintain at 2000 ish): Woof.
Exercise 5 days a week: Vigorous walk in the snow. 15/29 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Lots of time for this this week. 4/4 week.
Try a new recipe once a week: Roasting some rutabaga right & a new green chili recipe. Gonna do a new turkey green chili recipe soon. 2/2 weeks
Express gratitude, mindfulness or HOLIDAY CHEER: Still so pleased to have time away from work. Lots of reading, writing & imbibing in some guilty silly television. Going to roast some lovely veggies tonight. It's a wonderful Tuesday.
