I gained 15 lbs over quarentine.

Sounds small but it makes a world of difference. At the beginning of covid I had just gone through a break up. I used all the extra time I had alone to workout. Result: best shape of my life and moved on from my breakup well.

I have a different boyfriend now and I'm quite happy. But without my driving force of getting over being alone all the time, I stopped working out much and gained 15lbs over a 2 month timespan.

It's to a point where I'm up a a couple pant sizes and my boyfriend mentioned that the recent weight gain has bothered him a bit.

How do you motivate yourself, especially in cold climate winter months, to workout?
