Hi friends!
2020 has been a ride! Here we are at the end and I find myself not only 20 pounds up, but also with no activity in my life at all. Once upon a time I ran marathons. And up until the pandemic hit I had lots of core strength as I did about eight hours a week of partner acrobatics.
Now I’m looking ahead at an end to the isolation and want to reclaim my size, shape, and strength. But I feel so overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.
I would love suggestions for getting back into exercise with about a blob level of current fitness and strength; suggestions on where to find some recipes that won’t add more pounds, and just any other bits of wisdom any of you kind folks would like to throw my way. I am still working from home, but that may change come February.
Also if anyone else finds themselves trying to shake off the Covid habits and would like an accountability partner, please let me know!
