Hey everyone! I'm new here. I made this account because I'm going mad and need advice.
I'm 12 days into my regimen, which is just eat less and exercise more. I'm aiming to lose a pound roughly every other day and accordingly have lost about 5.
I knew this would be hard so I waited until I went on vacation to start, but I 1) didn't think it would be this hard and 2) was hoping things would get better after 2 weeks.
Anyway I'm hungry to the point of nausea and excessively tired. I feel out of energy around 2 P.M., sleep, get a few more hours of unproductive wakefulness, and then sleep for real and sleep in late. I feel like I have heartburn and have been on the verge of throwing up for days now.
My goal is not unreasonable. It's certainly not the hardest regimen I've seen IRL or online. I just want to know if anyone here has had similar problems and when or if things got better.
I've got 1 more week to get used to this, then I have to work again and I'll have to give up if I'm still in this state.
