Best way to get back on track?

I've lost about 15 kg (74 kg to 59 kg) (im 18, 155 cm) Then I got a puppy and it stressed me out so bad for the first couple of weeks haha (im good now), so i binged, and stopped exercising and gained like 2-3 kg, not really sure. Now im trying to get back on track but sometimes i just really really want to binge eat again. The thing is ive lost 15 kg by literally weighing myself everyday, and i did it like 3 times a day, and i know that isn't good but my diet wasn't exactly healthy either. Weighing myself everyday really stressed me out because the numbers go up and downs (and i know this is normal, but this is why people don't recommend weighing everyday right?) and it caused me to eat less and less, and it caused extreme hair loss. When i was 15 ive lost around 15 kg (i reached around 48 kg) too then i got sick and was told to eat more and ended up gaining 20+kg in 2 years by binging. Its just easy to lose control and binge everything and i dont want this to ever happen again. Im not binging anymore but sometimes when i started eating, its hard to stop and im not too disciplined on my workout anymore. Sorry for ranting lol just need to get this off my chest, anyone have tips for me to start losing weight again, without weighing myself too often? Thanks
